Schoolyard Skills $380+

Start your puppy off on the right paw with our beginner introduction course, designed for pups 6 months and younger. In Schoolyard Skills, we’ll build the foundations for a lifetime of learning while keeping things fun and confidence-boosting. Your puppy will be introduced to:

  • Settling Skills – learning how to relax at your feet, in a crate, on a bed, at home, at the office, or even dining out.

  • Leash Skills – walking calmly at your side and following your lead.

  • Off-Leash Skills – coming when called, staying close, and checking in naturally.

  • Patient & Polite Skills – practicing manners around dogs, people, toys, thresholds, and barriers.

This class is all about balance, bonding, and building the skills that create a well-rounded dog—and we’ll be with you every step of the way.

Middle School Manners $380+

For dogs who have completed Schoolyard Skills, Middle School Manners builds on those foundations and challenges your pup to perform with confidence in real-world situations.

  • Proofing Basic Commands – The heart of this class is getting your dog to obey core commands like sit, down, stay, and come—even when surrounded by distractions such as other dogs, people, or noise.

  • Increased Responsiveness – Training focuses on improving reliability so your dog listens consistently, no matter the environment.

  • Advanced Socialization – We continue building confidence with structured socialization and controlled play sessions, reinforcing polite manners around dogs and people.

  • New Skills & Commands – Depending on the group, we may introduce useful skills like leave it or refine leash walking for better focus and control.

  • Off-Leash Work – Early off-leash training and reliable recalls are introduced, teaching your dog to stay engaged with you even at a distance.

This class strengthens your dog’s obedience, sharpens their focus, and deepens the trust between you and your pup—all while making training fun and rewarding.

Barkelor's Degree $380+

For graduates of Middle School Manners, The Barkelor’s Degree takes obedience and teamwork to the next level. This class focuses on building reliable off-leash control, responsiveness around distractions, and deeper communication between dog and handler.

Dogs will refine the basics (sit, down, stay, come, heel) while learning advanced skills such as:

  • Distraction Training – staying focused around people, dogs, wildlife, and real-world noises.

  • Perpetual Motion Commands – starting, stopping, and changing direction while you remain in motion.

  • Recall Refinements – returning quickly into heel position, even with distractions.

  • Distance & Blind Commands – holding positions or responding from a distance, or when you’re out of sight.

By the end, your dog will be more confident, independent, and reliable, working with you as a true partner—ready to face the world without the leash.

Private Tutoring $125 Hr.

Sometimes a dog just needs a little extra focus. Private Tutoring is designed for pups who have completed Level 1 and 2 but may need help refining a specific skill, working through an individual challenge, or simply benefitting from one-on-one time with a trainer.

This program is perfect for dogs who are:

  • Struggling to master one command or behavior

  • Developing new issues such as resource guarding

  • Adjusting to changes like a new pet, baby, or household routine

  • In need of extra focus and confidence-building outside of group settings

With personalized attention, we’ll tackle one skill or challenge at a time, creating clear progress and lasting results that fit your dog’s unique needs.

6

Ruffresher Course $105

Recommended once a year (or anytime it’s needed), this quick class helps your dog tune back into their training and strengthen muscle memory. It’s especially handy after long breaks, vacations, or when a well-meaning pet sitter has “spoiled” your pup a little too much and those commands seem to have been conveniently forgotten.

With a focus on reestablishing consistency, we’ll review the essentials, sharpen responsiveness, and bring your dog back up to speed so they can continue being the well-mannered companion you’ve worked so hard to shape. Includes one full day of daycare.

See If Were a Good Sit

Every program begins with an Initial Meet & Greet. This free one-on-one session gives us the chance to get to know you and your dog, talk through your challenges, and identify any behavioral concerns. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to set you and your pup up for success.
